Taking my daughter to Hillcrest for flu symptoms was the right choice. The entire team, especially Frank, showed genuine concern and care from the moment we entered until we left. I had a great experience at Hillcrest. The PA, Frank Oktavec, was not only friendly but also highly competent and supportive. I find it worth the extra distance to get such excellent care compared to other urgent care options nearby. I strongly endorse this clinic!
