Absolutely fantastic technology! The staff was welcoming, and we found out the gender of our baby at 13 weeks, when our regular doctor suggested we wait longer. The images were incredibly clear, and I genuinely appreciated their professionalism. Highly recommend!

What is the best time during a pregnancy to schedule an elective ultrasound?

You can come in as early as 5 weeks to check how far along you are, experience a heartbeat after 7 weeks, and determine gender starting from 13 weeks. For better facial features, we recommend scheduling after 25 weeks.

What is the accuracy rate of your gender ultrasounds?

Our gender ultrasound results are 100% accurate, provided the mom has completed 91 days of pregnancy.

Does ultrasound always capture the baby clearly?

Ultrasound captures images, but clarity can depend on various factors including the baby’s position and fluid levels. We use techniques to maximize clarity.

What happens if the baby doesn't cooperate during the appointment?

If the baby doesn't cooperate, you can schedule a second session at a minimum charge of $25.

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept debit and credit card payments only. Contactless payments are also offered, but cash and checks are not accepted.

Do you offer Gift Cards for your services?

Yes, we offer online gift cards available for purchase.

What is the appointment reschedule and cancellation policy?

Cancellations or reschedules are welcome without penalty, but we ask for at least one day's notice.

Is there an extra charge for Twins or Triplets?

No, we do not charge extra for twins or triplets.

Do you accept Walk-ins?

We encourage appointments in advance, though same-day appointments may be available.
